Director of Campus Scheduling and Event Services / Kylea Swanson has been with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, since 2014. She earned her bachelor degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Mississippi in 2012 and a Masters of Science in College Student Personnel from UT in 2020. She has worked in various administrative roles in the Division of Finance and Administration/Operations and the Division of Student Life before starting the Office of Campus Event Services in 2018. As Director of Campus Scheduling and Event Services, Kylea oversees the administrative functions of the 25Live room scheduling system, provides event support for various activities occurring on campus, and acts at the campus’s Designated Official for the Programs for Minors office. Kylea is a big fan of dogs, beer, music, reading, plants and spending time with her family.
Event Coordinator Drew Bryant has been with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, since 2014. He started out with the University of Tennessee Police Department as a Campus Security Officer before becoming a Communications Officer and Central Alarm Administrator. He was born and raised in Knoxville but loves to visit any place with a beach. Some of his hobbies and passions include: writing, reading, and singing.
Maggie Loveday began their journey at the University of Tennessee in 2011 as a student. They may not have achieved getting a bachelor’s degree yet, but over the 14 years Maggie has learned a lot about the University and Knoxville. Taking on roles like- event coordinating, photographing weddings, baking at a commercial level, and even working in animal welfare. Maggie was intrigued in working for Campus Event Services because of the experience they had with student organizations on campus when they were a student. They joined the team hoping to create better training and user experiences when it comes to 25Live. When not digging into 25Live and approving reservations, Maggie is reading, nursing sick kittens, or watching bad slasher movies with their husband.
