External Group Event Requests

You must review the interim COVID-19 Event Guidelines before submitting this request.

Please review the Non-Affiliated Group Request Procedures and the University of Tennessee’s Indoor and Outdoor Space Usage Guidelines prior to requesting an event. All event requests are subject to approval by the Office of Campus Event Services. You will be notified via email once your request has been reviewed and either approved or denied.

Requests MUST be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event.

25% deposit required upon booking. Full payment required at least 10 days prior to the event. 

Non-affiliated groups must provide proof of liability insurance.
