Director of Campus Scheduling and Event Services / Kylea Swanson has been with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, since 2014. She earned her bachelor degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Mississippi in 2012 and a Masters of Science in College Student Personnel from UT in 2020. She has worked in various administrative roles in the Division of Finance and Administration/Operations and the Division of Student Life before starting the Office of Campus Event Services in 2018. As Director of Campus Scheduling and Event Services, Kylea oversees the administrative functions of the 25Live room scheduling system, provides event support for various activities occurring on campus, and acts at the campus’s Designated Official for the Programs for Minors office.
Event Coordinator Drew Bryant has been with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, since 2014. He started out with the University of Tennessee Police Department as a Campus Security Officer before becoming a Communications Officer and Central Alarm Administrator. He was born and raised in Knoxville but loves to visit any place with a beach. Some of his hobbies and passions include: writing, reading, and singing.
