On Monday, February 4th, UTK will have a new space reservation system to use! Ad Astra will be active for all UTK employees to use for meeting and event reservations. Students and non-affiliated groups will fill out a similar web form directly on events.utk.edu. Documents outlining how to use the system are found under “training resources” on the CES website.
