Welcome Week: Caribbean Splash Jam

Monday, 18 August, 2014

On Monday, August 18, rhe Black Cultural Programming Committee (BCPC), will host our first event of the year- Caribbean Splash Jam. This event is an annual social and recreational affair that has served as a signature event during the UT Welcome Week Celebration. Caribbean Splash Jam is a poolside mixer complete with refreshments, live music, fun games, and performances from campus organizations. Splash Jam is intended to provide an atmosphere that will allow first-year students to establish friendships before fall semester classes begin, while also encouraging interaction with returning students, faculty, administrators and staff who are present. Splash Jam will be among the good memories that undergraduate students carry with them during and after their UT careers.

This event is free and open to the public.
