The student organization Campus Disability Advocates at the University of Tennessee will be holding Disability Awareness Week.
Monday - Friday: Disability at UT. Pedestrian Walkway, 10am-3pm
Tuesday: Public Forum on disability issues. Toyota Auditorium, Baker Center, 7pm.
Wednesday: Film showing of My Left Foot. Toyota Auditorium, Baker Center, 7pm.
Thursday - Friday: Disability Issues and Advocacy Conference. Toyota Auditorium, Baker Center, 9am-5pm. We have speakers from various universities and organizations coming to speak about all sorts of disability issues, including employment, the law, equal respect, freedom, art, the built environment, and more. Friday: Disability Art Show. Market Square, Downtown Knoxville, 5pm-9pm.
