The Healthy Lifestyle Program returns for fourth semester. This highly demanded program is a six-week lunch and learn series that is adapted from the Diabetes Prevention Program. This program aims to help UT personnel create healthier lifestyles through physical activity and proper nutrition. Sessions will be held in the Student Health Building on Thursdays at 12:30pm starting September 14. If you are interested in joining the Healthy Lifestyle Program, you can register for our September session on our website.
