Disability raises fundamental questions in moral and political thought about human functioning, well-being, identity, respect, and justice. During this conference, an international assortment of scholars will introduce and discuss these philosophical topics of disability as well as the nature of disability, neurotechnology and physician-assisted suicide. Keynote speakers and other presenters have a variety of philosophical backgrounds and personal experiences on the topic of disability and will provide a space for discussion among faculty, students, and the general public.
The conference is free and open to the public.
