In her statement, artist Adrienne Outlaw says: I am a socially engaged, interdisciplinary artist. Much of my work is informed by ethical issues arising in a rapidly changing and interconnected world. My current work addresses global consumption, using sugar and salt as metaphors for substances we crave.
