UT Symphony Orchestra's Concertos and Classics Concert

The UT Symphony Orchestra's annual Concertos and Classics concert takes place this Sunday, March 9. The concert features Saint-Saens' Bacchanale from Samson et Dalila, a timeless masterwork, as well as the four winners of the School of Music's annual Concertos Competition: Lauren Asimakoupoulos, flute; Jeff Brannen, violin; Ruixi Niu, piano; and Murrella Parton, soprano.

The Concertos and Classics concert is free and open to the public. James Fellenbaum, Director of Orchestras at the School of Music, will be the conductor.

The concert begins at 4:00 pm at Cox Audititorium which is located in the Alumni Memorial Building, 1408 Middle Drive (37996), next to Neyland stadium.
