Have you or someone you know experienced a loss, either recent or in the past, that still affects your life? Have you wanted to work through the pain of your losses but are not sure how to feel better? If so, then the Grief Recovery Method Program is for you!
The Outreach program will guide those who wish to resolve their loss issues and move beyond their grief to a richer quality of life. As a result of participating in this program your life may become more enriched, more alive and more fulfilled than ever before. This 7-week program will be conducted by Sarina Lyall, LCSW and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®.
The program is affiliated with and endorsed by The Grief Recovery Institute®. This format has been developed by Russell P. Friedman, Executive Director, and John W. James, Founder of the Grief Recovery Institute®, and authors of The Grief Recovery Handbook-The Action Program for Moving Beyond Death, Divorce and Other Losses.

Classes will be held in the Sequoyah Room at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.
The fee for the class is $30.
Checks may be made payable to University of Tennessee. Fees cover the cost of materials.
