Baforchu Charity Informational

Monday, 28 October, 2013

The African Student Association is teaming up with the Baforchu Charity started by Ms. Cynthia Kamga in 2012 who is now a freshman at the University of Tennessee. She started this charity after visiting her country of Cameroon, specifically the tribal lands of Baforchu which is her mother's tribe. While at this place, Ms. Kamga noticed the children's dedication to learning but more than that noticed the lack of materials to learn with. She started this charity to provide children with the materials to gain an education that will help them open up many doors. Ms. Kamga makes a trip to Cameroon every Spring to donate both monetary and school-related gifts. She hopes with your help to provide these children with school supplies and the key to the world!
