Career Service's Center for Impact Careers and the Center for Leadership and Service hosts the Social & Environmental Impact Career, Internship and Volunteer Fair for students interested in social impact and environmental sustainability.
This is a chance for students of all years, disciplines and interests to engage with nonprofits, government agencies, for-profits with a mission and campus organizations to discuss volunteer, intern and career opportunities. Past events have hosted approximately 70 organizations with diverse missions including, environmental conservation, youth outreach, community and international development, social ventures and enterprises, civic engagement, education, clean energy, and healthcare to name a few.
This an excellent networking event that allows you browse booths and materials and to discuss impact opportunities with a representative from the attending organizations. Please keep in mind that each organization varies in the opportunities they have available - i.e. some will have jobs while others will have volunteer or internships. Check this site regularly to view newly registered organizations!
