Users & Roles

This team is responsible for defining user and approver roles within the Ad Astra system.

Workflow & Forms

This team will set up event workflow (triggered each time a new event is requested through the Ad Astra system). Additionally, they are responsible for designing event submission forms for different user groups.

Resources

This team is responsible for defining the event resources that will be available within the Ad Astra system, such as catering, parking, security (UTPD), etc.

Reports

This team will be responsible for providing periodic event information to various campus stakeholders.
